Mostafa Ahmad, B.Arch
Specializing in drafting and detailing, Mostafa is a Canadian designer who has had a global range of exposure in the industry. Most recently working with Custom Modular Home Designs, he has closely collaborated with industry professionals at every stage of construction. Starting from planning, and including all the way to occupation, Mostafa has an understanding of jobs and their unique requirements that makes him stand out amongst his peers. In his spare time, Mostafa enjoys collaborative design hobbies involving technology and automobiles, and has a drive for travelling, giving him exposure to differing architectural views. ranging from Europe to Singapore.

Graduate Architect, Construction Designer
Kyle Paynter, M.Arch
Kyle is immediately notable among his peers for his thriving passion for all things design. Graduating from his alma mater as the highest performing student, he is an AIA-awarded designer who has had the opportunity to work many roles in his field. Working on commercial projects, retail fitouts, luxury condominiums, and most recently in a construction design role on luxury commercial and private residential projects, Kyle thrives in any situation he is put in. He believes no project is to big or small, having personally designed project elements that range from small custom joinery, to larger complex-spanning building layouts. In his spare time, Kyle enjoys connecting with the outdoors through snowboarding, hiking, swimming, and travelling where he pulls much of his inspiration for design from.
